Q1. Can I change the meeting point from Shijo-mae Station to my hotel?

Yes, you can. If you choose to meet at your hotel, the meeting time is 5:00 AM. Please update your tour application accordingly.

Q2. If I take a taxi to the meeting point, will I have to pay for it?

Yes, the transportation fee is not included in the tour price. Since public transportation may not be available early in the morning, taking a taxi is recommended, and the cost will be your responsibility.

Q3. How do I apply for the lottery to view the tuna auction from the first-floor observation deck?

Applications open during the first week of the month prior to your intended visit. You'll receive a link to apply via email. Follow the instructions in the link, providing the full name and birthdate of the representative, as well as the full names of other participants. Applications are limited to a maximum of 5 people. If there are 4 or fewer customers, please also enter the name of your guide, which will be provided in advance.

Q4. Can you apply for the tuna auction on our behalf?

Due to a high volume of applicants, our company does not apply on behalf of customers.

Q5. I missed the lottery registration. Can I still watch the auction?

Yes, you can still enjoy the tuna auction from the second-floor observation deck, even without a lottery ticket.

Q6. There are no lottery slots available for late December. Can I still access the first floor?

This year, due to market conditions, the lottery application for the lower deck from December 25th to 30th is closed. However, you can view the auction from the upper deck during this period. We will inform you of any updates.

Q7. Can I change the participant after winning the first-floor auction lottery?

As a rule, changing the name on the ticket after winning is not possible. However, you can negotiate with the Toyosu Market staff on the day. Please consult with your guide.

Q8. The date I won the auction lottery differs from my applied activity date. What should I do?

Please change your activity date to match the lottery-winning date.

Q9. If I win the auction lottery, what should I bring on the day?

Please bring the passports of all participants.

Q10. When will I know if I won the auction?

Usually, the results are announced around the middle of the month in which the lottery was drawn. Please check your results via the link we sent you.
